The Fine Print

Privacy Policy

We are a small winery, not a data company. This page explains in plain language what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never do with it.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

What we collect

We collect only what you give us through three forms on this site: the tasting reservation form (name, email, phone, party size and preferred date), the wine club signup form (name, email, phone, shipping address, tier and varietal preferences) and the Cellar Letter newsletter form (first name and email). We do not buy data about you from anyone.

How we use it

Reservation details are used to hold your table and reach you if the schedule changes. Club details are used to bill, pack and ship your wines and to honor your discount. Newsletter emails get the Cellar Letter — release notes and harvest dispatches, six a year, no more. That is the whole list.

We do not sell your data

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the winery run: our shipping carrier (to deliver your wine), our payment processor (to charge your card) and our email service (to send the messages you asked for).

Payments

Card payments are handled entirely by our payment processor. Your full card number never touches our servers and we never see it — we keep only the last four digits and the expiration month so we can remind you before a card on file lapses.

Opting out

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from the Cellar Letter never affects your reservations or club membership. You can also just reply to any email and a person will take you off the list by hand.

Your data, your call

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email tastings@vesperacellars.com or write to Vespera Cellars, 2260 Windmere Ridge Road NW, Salem, Oregon 97304. We answer data requests within 30 days, usually much sooner.
