The Fine Print
Terms of Use & Sale
The short set of rules that applies when you use this website, reserve a tasting or buy our wine. We have kept it as brief as the law allows.
Last updated: October 8, 2026
You must be 21
You must be 21 or older to purchase wine from Vespera Cellars, to join the wine club or to be served at the tasting room. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 21, and an adult 21 or older with valid ID must sign for every delivery.
Pricing and availability
We farm eleven acres, so quantities are genuinely limited. Prices — like the 2023 Estate Pinot Noir at $48 or the 2022 Hillside Block at $72 — may change between vintages, and a wine may sell out before the website catches up. If that happens after you order, we will contact you with the option of a comparable wine or a full refund. Posted prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes.
Reservations
Tasting reservations — the Estate Flight ($30) and the Library Tasting ($65) — can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, call (503) 362-4180 and we will try to move you to another day. Parties more than 20 minutes late may lose their table on busy afternoons. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone visibly intoxicated — it is the law, and it is also just good hosting.

Governing law
These terms, and any purchase from Vespera Cellars, are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Oregon. Questions about these terms can go to tastings@vesperacellars.com.
